Your tasks and responsibilities:
• Managing & empowering your team (10-20) employees; • Coordinate the daily activities; • Scheduling with staff; • Quality monitoring (including compliance with work instructions and procedures, both operational and focused on aspects related to quality, working conditions, environment and safety); • Provide input to Supervisor on behalf of the planning, progress and assessment interviews; • Participate in improvement projects.
