For an American medical equipment manufacturer in Venlo, we now have a great postion for an experienced customer service professional with leadership skills:

Customer Service Coordinator (Fulltime)

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you are the primary support for the Backline customer service line staff about the day to day operation.

Your responsibilities/tasks are:

  • The coordinator ensures that the team follows the right procedures and processes and consistently delivers the right quality;
  • You will oversee the work of every member of your team and support the team on transport/ export and Dangerous goods related topics;
  • The coordinator will assist the team in resolving issues, customer complaints and overcoming conflicts and improve customer service;
  • Participate in work-related projects and implement changes in the team;
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and develop and discuss these with the relevant parties;
  • Monitor the progress and realization of the outbound flow, propose solutions and identify possible bottlenecks;
  • Follow safety procedures, report dangerous situations, incidents & accidents; contribute to safety as our first priority;
  • Follow QMS procedures, always contribute to quality, proactively and on time.

Function requirements

  • Strong personality and excellent communication skills;
  • Displaying extensive transport and export knowledge;
  • Experience in customer service;
  • Pro-active;
  • Strong PC and Analytical skills;
  • IATA certificate is a pre;
  • Team building;
  • High focus on improvements;
  • Experience with medicines and / or medical devices in a regulated environment is a plus;
  • Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language.
