Customer Service Officer m/v Location: Gennep
What is the purpose of your job? As a Service Delivery Officer you support the account managers and the operational departments in the service to our customers. You monitor the order entry process, prepare invoices, and you are the first point of contact for the customers, concerning daily issues and complaints. You prepare periodic reports based on the KPIs determined. You must have affinity with ERP and WMS systems. You are able to support in those systems and you have a helicopter view. You have a feeling for transport and a customer is king mentality.
Tasks and responsibilities:he monitoring of (operational) agreements made with customers on the basis of input provided, KPIs with regard to services, etc .; • You are the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with regard to ERP and WMS systems; • Maintaining contacts with the customer at operational level about bottlenecks in daily business and actions to be taken; • First point of contact for transport related issues, reports and escalations • The preparation of reports regarding the services provided to customers, including on the basis of the agreed KPIs; • Transferring information to and consulting with the executive departments, and coordinating and monitoring of a correct implementation of agreements; • Identifying bottlenecks in services and following, after consultation with the manager, initiating corrective measures; • Identifying (possible) escalations (both internal and external) to managers • Receiving (operational) complaints from customers and discussing these with the manager. Also monitor the follow-up; • Pivot between on the one hand the warehouse as external stakeholders, customer, transport and account managers; • Taking care of invoicing; • You test new business and new customers in SAP.
Functie eisen Customer Service Officer M / F
• A relevant education at least MBO / HBO level; • Communication skills, demonstrable experience in a customer environment; • Knowledge and experience in logistics is an advantage; • Experience with SAP is a very big plus; • Excellent oral and written knowledge of the English language at business level is a must. Dutch as well as German are advantageous; • Excellent control of the MS Office package; • Experience with regard to management reports; • Good at maintaining relationships with various internal and external parties
