For our client, Cooper Surgical in Venlo we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic
Customer Service Representative (m/f, full-time) with experience in B2B customer support.
Cooper Surgical is a worldwide listed American company that delivered impactful solutions that improve healthcare.
In this position, you will be handling day to day order administration and customer service, as well as ensuring a prominent level of both inbound and outbound support to the company’s international subsidiaries and distributors.
Order Management: Manage and handle sales orders and secure adequate follow up on orders, all through the supply chain.
Complaint Handling: Manage and handle complaints and return orders, secure follow through and closure on open customer topics.
Business Support: Handle and manage various customer/distributor inquires. Keep an overview of all outstanding issues and to prioritize and follow up according to customers' expectations.
Be the voice of the customer in the organization
The role is not yet fully developed and defined. As start-up, and for an undefined horizon, it will be a split of pure Customer Service activities, and Business Support/Customer Experience tasks, which are not exactly defined yet. We are therefore looking for someone with the drive and interest in organizing Business Support/Customer Experience tasks.
Business Support/Customer Experience tasks can be taking over tasks related to Order Management, and handle these, and take part in smoothing and describing these.
A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience from a position within business support and possibly also experience with change management and process improvements
There are implement a new ERP system 2021, the right candidate has a great knowledge to ERP systems in general, but an open mindset and ready for changes.
You can navigate in a busy environment while maintaining structure and quality-consciousness in handling incoming cases and customer inquiries.
Since the company has a global client base it is paramount that Dutch, English and German is mastered in writing and speaking.
Further you must be a strong communicator and have the skills to correspond with a variety of customers in a professional and respectful manner.
