• Achieve key targets related to service delivery, profitability of accounts, and customer satisfaction. • Oversee Client Reporting • Determine client desires/requirements and work with operations to supply these needs. • Oversee the activities of staff, hire, and train and evaluate staff. • Coordinate with Operations and Production teams to develop production schedules to meet customer expectations and deadlines. • Resolve customer problems/issues in a timely manner. • Evaluate system flows and recommend improvements/resolve issues Manage daily/weekly calls to communicate status and situation regarding launch and projects. • Your’re the first point of contact for escalations internal and for customers. • You’re responsible for personnel planning. • You support the Manager and report directly to him. • When necessary, you actively participate and support the daily business with your team.

• Ability to manage customers while working as a team player/leader across internal multi-functional business units within time and resource constraints. • Leadership-coaching, motivation and directing. • Effective Communication. • Self-starter and high energy leader. • Results oriented with focus on achieving overall business objectives. • Must be assertive, analytical and able to establish priorities. • Effective presentation and interpersonal skills. • B.A. degree or equivalent work experience preferred. • Customer Service management experience required. • Strong PC skills, SAP preferable.
