for a Order Management Specialist (Fulltime)
As a Order Management Specialist you and your colleagues provide a world class customer experience by providing the know-how to solve issues, prevent escalations and tackle challenges while liaising on operational and tactical level with internal and external departments to prevent issues from re-occurring and to show excellent problem solving skills.
Your responsibilities are:
Order handling issues and pro-actively monitoring/report with all impacted stakeholders
Order releases to Warehouse according to shipping schedules;
Processing orders, credit requests;
Working collaboratively with the colleagues in the customer service teams and other functions to ensure all SLAs and KPIs are met;
Order configuration to allocate specific quantities and batches before releasing the order;
Document handling such as commercial invoices, export documents (create, print & archive); actively update export database
Handling basic trade compliance questions and problem solving activities on trade lane management incidents and related communication back to the customer;
Responsible for analytics for reporting and performance tracking;
Communicate (verbal & written) with internal parties relating to order & bookings questions;
Handling all incoming e-mails to shared mailboxes within 48 hours;
Prioritizing urgent enquiries/orders;
Contributing to process improvement and standardization.
Function requirements
You have a Bachelor background;
Good/extensive knowledge in a logistics environment;
2-3 years’ experience in a similar role;
Knowledge of WMS & TM modules of Oracle or SAP, TMS knowledge is a plus;
Knowledge of MS Office applications, Power BI;
Excellent knowledge of the English language and understanding of the Dutch language; Reliability and flexibility as well as high workload capacity;
Strong service minded execution.
