Organizational Change Manager (Fulltime)
As Organizational Change Manager at our client you will be organizing the change by designing, implementing and supporting the people side of change within projects and programs. Your drive is to improve organizations, and teams and realize the outcomes of projects by developing and implementing a vision on the people side of change. You belief in the strength of managing the people side of change in projects and organizational changes. Therefore, part of your job will be developing and maintaining change management standards, processes and tools, as well as training/coaching project managers to utilize to the people side of change into their projects. You are a sparring partner and a business partner for both the Project Sponsors, Project Managers and members of the Management Team.
What are your responsibilities:
You will be member of the Project Management Office Working closely together with the Project Portfolio Manager, the Project Management Support Officer and the members of the change coalition;
Support program- and project managers in managing the people side of change by translating the change ambition into (change-)projects;
Monitoring and reporting progress on the change component of projects and Reviewing / quality assurance of change plans;
Proactively monitoring of strategic projects with regard to change impact by Performing analyses on change progress using tools from ProSci and ADKAR;
Maintaining close contacts with stakeholders, such as members of the EMT, Project Sponsors and Project Managers. As well as propose direct solutions to the Executive Director of People and Organization.

Educational background Bachelor and/or Master (operational and conceptual level) with at least 5 years of experience in a Change- and or Project Management role;
You recognize the strength and opportunities of adding the people side of change in both the strategy and projects to realize successful organization changes and realize benefits for the organization;
You are able to emphasize throughout the organization the importance and strength of adding the people side of change to projects and the organization;
You get energy from working together with people across the organization and you are able to support people in different layers of the organization in their change ambition, such as Project Sponsors, Project Managers and members of the Managers team;
You are a good listener to (internal) customers and you know how to motivate others;
You have knowledge on Change Management, Portfolio Management and Consultancy;
You have knowledge of current project methodologies, such as Prince2, Agile, etc.;
An education in and Experience with the ProSci / ADKAR methodology is an advantage. Or willing to educate in the Prosci / ADKAR methodology;
You are able to express yourself both written and verbally in Dutch and English;
You are a self-starter, take personal responsibility and can set priorities.
