On behalf of the Ionbond Group you are the one who: •Looks with sincere interest into what makes the 37 production locations successful and what influence the procurement department has on this •Provides insight into the options available to standardize procurement activities at multiple suppliers in Europe, North America and Asia, without compromising customer relationship or product quality •Analyzes which opportunities and possibilities there are to organize and structure purchasing processes at group level, without compromising on the autonomy of the local production location •Uses the collected research data and analysis to capitalize on the opportunities to standardize the procurement of materials and hardware. By organizing and structuring at group level you will negotiate the global contracts to save costs •Position yourself at the local production locations as the facilitating and entrepreneurial purchasing specialist. You have the skills to improve quality, customer relationship and operating results at a local level by standardizing, structuring and centrally organizing fragmented procurement activities and processes
Job Requirements •You have at least a completed Bachelor's degree •You have experience with procurement of technical raw materials and products for a manufacturing or service engineering company •You have a proven track record in maintaining and developing key supplier relationships •You speak and write English fluently and you are willing to travel worldwide 25% of your time (if possible during Covid19 period)
