Sales Support Teamleader (Fulltime)
In this position you are proactively provides excellent and consistent engagement with both internal and external customers in the UK on day-to-day business activities. You provides proactive support in development of the relationships with existing, and prospective customers, to ensure that our client is able to meet its growth targets. In addition to managing you defined set of customers within the Sales Support Teamleader role and manages a (remote) team of 6 Sales SupportEmployees as part of the Western and Southern European Inside Sales Team.
What are your responsibilities?
Respond in a timely manner to all customers' request/enquiries for standard information such as pricings and delivery time, sample requests, through phone and email;
Facilitate with sending pricing promotion to accounts driven by account managers, special discounts to increase booking/billing at the end of the month or the quarter;
Promote and offer new product introduction and basic training to key accounts and key channel where required by account managers;
Respond to accounts driven by account managers' request with pricing, availability/lead time, Minimum Order Quantity;
Support with converting a competitor offer to our client's offer for accounts driven by external sales;
Support with project pricing with accounts driven by account managers and our client's internal departments/pricing team/ high level management/ product managers;
Provide support on funnel management, update SFDC/Toolbox specific to the accounts driven by external sales;
Provide initial support to customers where required and observe the need to transfer technical queries where necessary to Customer Innovation Centre (CIC);
Entering quotation for projects and prices send this quote to the requester;
Entering quotation for specials and send this quote to the requester;
Follow up with customers to make sure they are satisfied with their orders and to answer any questions or concerns;
Identify where improvement is needed in sales practices and make suggestions for improvements;
Strengthen relationship between our client and customer, by proactive engagement;
Entering a price request (PRQ), a project (PJT) and short term opportunity (STO) in discount vehicles (DVR) in BPCS;
Recommends products or services and alternatives;
Developing and implementing proactive sales programs in accordance with our client's Strategic Deployment Plan;
Coordinating between Inside Sales team and Outside Sales Teams as well as other division within the holding;
Responsible for development of the team to improve skills and performances;
Ability to create influence with team and partners from a remote location utilizing E-Tools;
Work with the team and help to understand partner's key business drivers and how they can be leveraged.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience within the industry;
Minimum of 3 years experience, preferred selling in the electrical and/or electronic marketplace;
Minimum of 3 years experience in direct management position;
Excellent communication and leadership skills;
Excellent verbal and writing skills in English language;
And any additional language is advantageous.
