Technical Support Engineer (Fulltime)

As a Technical Support Engineer you will work with the newest technology in our market. On a daily base you support the technical manager in the implementation of new projects and investments. You will be the project engineer for new installation which are focused on automation and efficiency improvement. In addition, you participate in projects, investigate possibilities to work more efficiently and you make proposals for improvement.

In this multidimensional position you are reporting directly to the Technical Manager. You work in close collaboration with the production and quality departments and respond to their needs. This makes you a crucial link between these departments and the management in a dynamic, challenging, and demanding international organization.

Task and responsibilities

• Support the technical manager on project implementations;
• Contact suppliers to retrieve diverse information’s;
• Contact technicians on workshop level to prepare projects;
• Write and update technical drawings and manuals;
• Write and update (new) user manuals;
• Enter, collect, verify, register and encode data;
• Are processing, analyzing and reporting about the administration;
• check and implement the administrative procedures;
• provide non-standardized management information.

• You are graduated in the field of mechanical engineering, electro or mechatronics (MBO4>);
• You have experience in the field of (automated) production environment and are fulltime available;
• You have good communication and administrative skills;
• You have good knowledge of autocad or similar software;
• You have knowledge of MS Office (proficient Excel-user) and SAP;
• You have a good level of the English language in word and writing;
• The German and Spanish languages are an advantage.
