For an international technology company we are looking for an experienced

Warehouse Coordinator (Value Added Services) in Venlo

In this very responsible role you provide daily guidance to a team of value added services employees (plm 10) to meet service levels. With your team you ensure that daily activities run smoothly and targets are achieved. You are the first point of contact for bottlenecks and actively look for solutions and consult with the VAL-VAS Supervisor where necessary.

Your responsibilities include also compliance support, team collaboration, SOP maintenance, KPI monitoring, and customer interaction. With a focus on continuous improvement and adaptability, you'll contribute to the efficiency and growth of the business.

• Min. MBO 4-education with logistical background and a minimum of 2 years of experience in warehousing/logistics;
• You have leadershipskills and the ambition to grow to the level of Supervisor;
• Solid understanding of warehousing in terms of set-up, capacity planning and optimization;
• Desire/ambitious to learn and grow within the organization;
• Strong communication (fluent English is essential, both verbally and written);
• Proactive and hands-on approach to tasks;
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
