IT Support Employee (level 2)
You are a member of IT Division and you Investigate and resolve the cause of IT-incidents. Working under pressure is no problem for you and you love to work with different, internal stakeholders. You work solution oriented and you’re able to think outside the box to make decisions, committed to getting the job done on time. In this position you report to the DC Support Supervisor.
What you’ll do?
Strive to eliminate recurring issues, promote efficient use of technology within the Company, prevent potential issues and take immediate correction actions
Promote the Help Desk image across the whole Company.
Responsible for keeping customers informed of progress of requests/incidents that cannot be resolved on first call
Maintain effective liaison with customers and Help Desk team for on‐going issues and ensure a proper communication to users and Business Partners.
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Windows 10 operating systems.
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft standard desktop applications (Office Suite 2016) including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio.
Strong knowledge of Office365
Knowledge of the Mobile iOS devices Knowledge (iPhone, iPad)
Good Knowledge on Mobile Device Management environments and solutions (Wavelink Avalanche, Airwatch, SOTI)
Strong knowledge and troubleshooting skills of the warehouse related devices: handheld scanners, barcode scanners, truck mounted scanners, label printers (Zebra/Motorola).
Good knowledge of the HP printer devices
Good Knowledge of the Active Directory Users and Computers management console in the domain context (user account management, computer management, group membership).
Previous experience of utilizing an ITIL helpdesk system and generating reports that will support the busines
